Terms of use. The rules, in plain English.

These terms cover your use of optilearn.ai, including contributing data, receiving rewards and using the public API. By submitting anything or connecting a wallet you agree to them and to the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use OptiLearn.

To contribute and receive rewards you must:

• be at least 18 years old;
• be legally allowed to receive and hold tokenized stock where you live;
• not be a person or in a place subject to sanctions by the United Nations, the United States, the United Kingdom or the European Union.

Stock tokens on Robinhood Chain are not offered everywhere, and may be unavailable to residents of the United States and other places where they are restricted. It is your responsibility to check that you can lawfully receive them before you submit. If we learn you cannot, we may withhold the reward rather than send it.

You choose the address rewards are sent to, either a wallet you connect, one Privy creates for you when you sign in with email, or an address you paste. You are responsible for that address and its keys. Transfers on a blockchain cannot be reversed, so we cannot recover a reward sent to an address you gave us, even if it was mistyped.

Every submission must be:

• recorded or written by you, recently, and not generated or edited by software;
• made in a space you are allowed to film in, with no other identifiable person, face, screen or document in it;
• free of anything illegal, harmful, sexual or showing children;
• yours to license, without breaking anyone else's rights, contracts or privacy.

You confirm these points in the consent statements for each submission. Submitting stolen, synthetic or duplicate content can get your wallet blocked and any pending rewards withheld.

You keep ownership of what you make. When a submission is approved and paid, you give OptiLearn a worldwide, perpetual, exclusive, transferable license to use, copy, edit, annotate and sublicense it for training, evaluating and researching AI and robotics systems, including licensing it to buyers on research, commercial or exclusive terms.

Exclusive means you agree not to license the same file to anyone else. You can still ask us to delete a submission, as set out in the privacy policy; deletion stops future use but does not undo licenses already granted or payments already made. We do not acquire any rights to submissions we reject.

• A person reviews every submission. We decide whether to approve it, applying the published capture standard and the bounty brief in good faith.
• Rewards are set in US dollars at review, within the range shown on the bounty. A range is a guide, not a promise of any particular amount.
• We can open, change, pause or close bounties at any time. Submissions made before a change are reviewed under the brief that applied when you submitted.
• There is no fee to contribute, and OptiLearn pays the network fees for payouts.

The dollar reward is converted into the stock token you chose, at the price reported by that token's Chainlink feed on Robinhood Chain when the payout is prepared, and sent to your address. A person checks every payout before it is sent; payouts are made in batches and may take several days after approval.

• Not investment advice. OptiLearn is not a broker, adviser or exchange. Choosing a payout stock is your decision, and nothing on the site recommends one.
• Value can fall. The value of a stock token can go down as well as up, including to zero, and may differ from the underlying share.
• Not a share. A stock token is issued under its own terms. It may not carry voting rights or dividends, and selling or transferring it may be restricted where you live.
• Taxes. You are responsible for any tax on rewards you receive.
• Errors. If we send the wrong amount because of a clear technical or pricing error, we may ask for the difference back or correct it on your next payout.

$LEARN is OptiLearn's network token. You do not need it to contribute, get paid or license data, and rewards are not paid in it. We make no promise about its price, supply, liquidity or future use, and nothing we say about it is an offer or advice. Only the contract address shown on optilearn.ai is ours.

We record provenance for approved contributions as attestations on OP Mainnet. They include your wallet address and a fingerprint of your file, and they are public and permanent. By contributing you agree to this. See the docs for exactly what is recorded.

Datasets are licensed under a separate written agreement, which governs if it conflicts with these terms. The public API may be used for reasonable, non-abusive purposes; we may rate-limit or block traffic that degrades the service.

• No automated or bulk submissions, and no attempts to get paid twice for the same work.
• No attempts to access other people's submissions, operator tools or systems you are not authorised to use.
• No interfering with the site, its infrastructure or other users.
• No using OptiLearn to launder funds or break sanctions.

We may refuse submissions from, or stop paying, a wallet that breaks these terms, and may withhold rewards connected to the breach. If we do, we will tell you why when we can, and you can reply to dispute it.

OptiLearn is provided as it is and as available. Blockchains, price feeds, wallets and sign-in providers are run by third parties, and we are not responsible for their outages, errors or changes. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available, that any bounty will stay open, or that a submission will be approved.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for changes in the value of any token, and our total liability to you is limited to the rewards we paid you in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. Changes apply to submissions made after they are posted. The governing law and courts for disputes will be set out in the final version of these terms, after legal review.
